Thank you for considering NTA. All cancelations or refund requests must be made within 48 hours (two business days) of the date of purchase. This policy is to prevent companies from partially signing up for service for the sole purpose of getting through an audit. Once two business days have passed you will no longer be eligible to cancel the service or receive a refund until the first year of membership is expired. |
